2 Gluten Friendly Choc-chip Cookies (bake at home)

 

How To Bake

  1. Defrost the cookies at room temperature for around an hour
  2. Place them on a lined baking tray, make sure they should have enough space in between to grow double the size when baking 
  3. Bake them  in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 12 - 15 minutes until they grow double the size 
  4. If you want to bake them from frozen give them an extra 5 minutes or so in the oven.

 

Ingredients

Potato Starch, whey powder, whey protein powder, emulsifier, raising agents, sugar, stabiliser, dark chocolate, egg, butter, salt.

 

Allergens: Milk, egg, sulphites.
