This concentrate is made from unwaxed lemons - zested and juiced by hand. Please keep it refrigerated.
How to make
traditional lemonade
Mix a full bottle of concentrate (300ml) with 900 ml iced water, add a couple of fresh mint leaves (optional) and serve cold.
Lemonade slushy
- 1 cup of concentrate
- 2 cups of ice
- 1 cup of water
- couple of fresh mint leaves
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 20 seconds.
Fruit slushy
- 1 cup of concentrate
- 1 cup of frozen or fresh fruit (whatever you have in your freezer or fridge raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, watermelon, etc...)
- 2 cups of ice
- 1 cup of water
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 20 seconds.
Add more water to balance if you think it is too sweet
