2 Spinach Rolls (bake at home)

To make the perfect spinach roll we start by producing the perfect pastry from scratch, but that is not the only secret to Oscar's spinach and feta roll. Nice spinach, a beautiful quality feta, and just the right amount of mozzarella cheese. See details for cooking instructions.


How To Bake (using Fan force)

  1. Defrost the rolls in the fridge maximum 24 hours or couple hours on the kitchen bench
  2. If it is for sharing you can cut up to 4 pieces 
  3. Preheat the oven to 200°C, egg wash the  rolls, sprinkle sesame seeds (or any seed available) on top
  4. Bake fan force for around 25 to 30 minutes until they are golden brown.
  5. The rolls can also be baked from frozen in the oven at 200°C for 35 -40 minutes long to make sure it is cooked all the way in.
  6. A metal skewer or knife can be put into the centre and left for 15 seconds and if the tip is too hot to touch when removed, it is ready or if you have a thermometer check it is 72°C in the centre.
  7. Let it rest 5 minutes on a cooling tray before you enjoy, bon appetit!
