2 Sultan Boreks (bake at home)

A recipe from Oscar’s Mum! This traditional Turkish dish is full of flavour and has been passed down through the generations.
See details for cooking instructions.

How To Cook

First, remove the plastic cover. Then defrost the borek for about two hours at room temperature (or defrost it in the fridge for a maximum of 24 hours). Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for around 20 minutes until they are golden brown.

Alternatively, defrost as above, flatten them a little bit and fry them in a frypan until they are a lovely golden brown colour – yum

OMG you must try these!

So easy to heat up in the oven or frypan, and a good size for a meal. And the flavour? Amazing comes to mind. These will be in my next order again for sure :)

Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend these! Yum!

These were delicious. They browned perfectly in the oven exactly as the picture shows. We were grateful to have something delicious and easy to cook on a night when my husband and I were pretty exhausted and had no energy or ingredients to cook something. They tasted great and the ingredients are very fresh and nicely seasoned. Recommend them!
