How to Cook
We recommend to defrost before cooking, shallow or deep fry straight from frozen until they are light brown
If pan frying, as the puff gets softer, press on the top with a spoon to flatten slightly so it cooks evenly.
Serve with sweet chilli
Chicken, potato, onion, curry powder coriander, turmeric, fennel, pepper, cumin, fenugreek, garlic, ginger, sugar, fish sauce (anchovy)
