How To Cook

  1. Remove the plastic cover.
  2. Defrost the gozleme for about an hour at room temperature (or defrost it in the fridge maximum 24 hours).
  3. Put some oil in a large non-stick pan and lightly fry on both sides until it is golden brown.
  4. You can also cook it easily in a sandwich press 

 

Ingredients

Wheat flour, yeast, salt, improver, vegetable oil, (beef mince, butter, onions, capsicum, peeled tomato, mozzarella, and herbs).

 

Allergens: Gluten, milk, soy, sulphites.

Delicious and so convenient

We love these for a quick and easy lunch. So tasty and great to have on hand ready to go into the frypan. Just cook them on low for ten minutes and lunch is done when you want something really delicious to eat.

One of the best items on the menu. Easy and quick to cook from frozen, and a joy to eat. Great with a side salad, with a nice little spice kick without compromising on a superbly balanced flavour bomb. Usually order double, so we can indulge twice as much! Always look forward to gozleme night. Can’t fault, and have had this countless times. Do yourselves a favour if you’ve not yet tried. You will be impressed.
