How To Bake (Using Fan Force)
Defrost the sausage rolls in the fridge maximum 24 hours. Preheat the oven to 200°C, egg wash them and bake for around 20 - 25 minutes until they are golden brown. The sausage rolls can also be baked from frozen in the oven at 180°C for 35 - 40 minutes long to make sure it is cooked all the way in. A metal skewer or knife can be put into the centre and left for 15 seconds and if the tip is too hot to touch when removed, it is ready or if you have a thermometer check it is 72°C in the centre.
