2 Spinach Rolls (bake at home)

To make the perfect spinach roll we start by producing the perfect pastry from scratch, but that is not the only secret to Oscar's spinach and feta roll. Fresh baby spinach, a beautiful quality feta, and just the right amount of mozzarella cheese. See details for cooking instructions.

How To Bake (using Fan force)

Defrost the spinach rolls in the fridge maximum 24 hours. Preheat the oven to 200°C, egg wash them sprinkle sesame seeds (or any seed available) on top and bake for around 25 to 30 minutes until they are golden brown. The spinach rolls can also be baked from frozen in the oven at 180°C for 35 -40 minutes long to make sure it is cooked all the way in. A metal skewer or knife can be put into the centre and left for 15 seconds and if the tip is too hot to touch when removed, it is ready or if you have a thermometer check it is 72°C in the centre.
